This is the privacy statement of Mployment Brands. We are part of the JEX Group. This privacy statement explains how we collect, use and share your personal data.
There is nothing more important to use than your privacy. In this privacy statement we explain how we collect your data and what we use it for. We keep your data safe and secure and only use it for the purpose for which you provided it and when it is strictly necessary. In this case, because you use our services or because you provide the data to us yourself. In all cases, we comply with the applicable legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Dutch GDPR Implementation Act (UAVG).
Your personal data
We process the following data about you:
- first name and surname;
- address;
- contact details;
- payment details;
- other data you provide us.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data provided by you to us.
We also process the data needed to create your account on our website and we monitor how our software is used.
Purpose of the processing
We process your data for the following reasons:
- to contact you and make offers;
- to answer your questions;
- to inform you about changes to our services;
- to provide services to you.
We process your personal data on our website to provide you with the best possible support and user experience. We do this, among other things, by analysing and optimizing our software with your data.
With whom do we share your personal data?
We provide your personal data within our organisation only to those who are actually in contact with you or are involved in providing our services to you. We may share your personal data with others outside of our organisation if we are required to do so by law or for the execution of the agreement we enter into with you. We enter into a data processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. We are still responsible for the way these companies process your data.
We do not transfer your personal data to (legal) entities outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
How long do we store your data?
We do not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which you have provided it to us. If we have provided services to you, we are required to keep essential administrative data for up to seven years. This is to comply with our tax obligations.

Our website uses cookies. We use functional and analytical cookies to give you the best possible user experience on our website. We also collect tracking cookies. These cookies can collect information about you and track your internet behaviour on our website. With this information, advertisements or content can be tailored to your interests and profile. You have the right to request us to:

- have your personal data supplemented, corrected or deleted;
- object to the processing of your personal data;
- stop or restrict the processing of your personal data;

We will inform you as soon as possible, and in any case within one month, of the actions we have taken in response to your request. Depending on the complexity of your request, we may extend this period by two months. We will let you know if this is the case.
You can submit a request via our contact form on the website. We will then contact you to verify your identity. Once your identity has been verified, we will process your request.
Security
We make every effort to optimally secure your personal data against unauthorised use and access. We do this by means of physical, administrative, organisational and technical measures such as security software, procedures, and access security or authorisation.
